Every year, the Majestic Oaks board of directors goes
through a rigorous budgeting process. They start with
known expenditures. The board looks at historic costs and
factor in fair and reasonable price increases. They
include a buffer for unknown expenses.

Annual Audit
As a non-profit corporation, your HOA is required to have an
annual audit. Beyond the legal requirements, this helps
ensure the Majestic Oaks board of directors protect your best
interests and that our accounting is above board. In other
words, it makes sure our neighborhood is run in a legal
manner.

Board meetings
Your board of directors meets monthly to decide on
neighborhood business. Neighbors are always welcome but should
contact the board several days prior to ensure your issue is on
the agenda.
