Majestic Oaks is a tree lined neighborhood in northwest
Houston. This oasis is the perfect mix between amenities and
seclusion. Spend you evenings strolling along tree lined
streets, have a BBQ with your neighbors, or just enjoy the
quiet seclusion of your back yard.
 What about the kids?
Low traffic makes this a perfect place for kids to play. It
is common for everyone to come out, and often turns into a
block party. After living in Majestic Oaks, you quickly come to
know and love your neighbors-a real sense of community.
What if I want some peace and quiet?
At the end of the day, I often enjoy the seclusion of my own
back yard. My good friend and neighbor Bill often sits in the
front yard with his wife, enjoying the breeze and watching the
kids play.

What can be more relaxing that a day at the pool. Our
community pool provides a perfect place to unwind or swim a few
laps
Beautiful houses
Our neighborhood was built conforming to a set of stringent
standards. Don't get me wrong, all the houses don't look the
same. It just means we are consistent. You don't have a
beautiful brick mansion next to a two bedroom shack. The
majority of our houses are brick. All have two car garages.
While there are several house designs, each has several
options. Our winding tree lined roads add to the charm.
It isn't a neighborhood that was clear cut and built on a grid.
You know the type I'm talking about, where all the houses look
the same and you look down rows of clones.

No, we're located at Cutten and Louetta, near SR249.
Majestic Oaks provides access to major highways for an easy
commute while you are sheltered from noise and traffic.
Major amenities are around the corner, with major upscale
shopping is within walking distance. A new park is being built
across the street.
While the setting is idealic, the location makes for a great
commute. SR249 gives you easy access to Houston. If you prefer,
you can hit the back roads to avoid rush hour traffic.
Majestic Oaks Homeowners Association (HOA)
Our board of directors is run by the neighbors, and general
for the neighbors. They are all elected, and serve three year
terms. No builders are on the board, so they are tasked with
managing the day to day operations of the neighborhood. That
being said, sometimes you will disagree with their decisions.
That is why we have a web page devoted to them, and on how to
contact your elected officials.
